How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or sign in to your account for faster future ordering. Ensure your billing and shipping information is correct before submitting!
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an auto-generated email summary within 15 minutes. For local Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will call you the next working day to verify the details before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly (usually within 12 working hours). Once an order is processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel or amend it (this includes changing sizes, colors, or delivery addresses).
🚚 Delivery & Tracking
How do I track my package?
Once dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment via our courier partners (M&P, Swyft, Trax, etc.). Remember to check your “Junk/Spam” folder!
What if I’m not home for delivery?
Our couriers usually make two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, they may leave an “unable to deliver” note. You can contact them using the info on that note to rearrange delivery.
Is there a guaranteed delivery date?
While we aim for 3-5 working days, we cannot guarantee a specific date due to variables like payment authorization and stock availability. If you need an order urgently, please message us on WhatsApp.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
I received a defective or incorrect item. What now?
Defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. They must be in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us immediately at info@ushosiery.com or via WhatsApp with a photo of the item.
Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?
Yes. For hygienic reasons, accessories cannot be exchanged. Additionally, altered articles or items from “International Orders” are not eligible for exchange.
🔒 Security & Privacy
Why did my item disappear from my cart?
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. Until you complete the checkout process, the item remains available to other shoppers and may sell out.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use Online Security Fraud screening to protect our customers. We do not sell or rent your information. Only limited, authorized personnel have access to your data to fulfill your orders.
