How the Exchange Works
- Traceable Delivery: Customers must return items via a traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.
- Refunds: Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Coupon Codes: Once we receive your item, we will issue a Coupon Code for the retail value of the item. This code is redeemable exclusively on our website for your new order.
⚠️ Mark Down Policy: If an article has been further discounted since your purchase, the exchange value will be based on the current markdown pricing.

Articles purchased under “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promos are not refundable. You may only request an exchange for the paid articles within 15 days, provided they are unused.
