- We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products (bras, panties, hosiery) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days for local orders. Shipping charges of Rs. 200 apply to orders under PKR 2,000. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Exchanges & Returns
Our exchange policy lasts 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags.
Note: Items purchased during “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotions are non-refundable and limited to exchange of paid items only.
6. Payment Methods
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be made in full to the courier representative at the time of delivery. Failure to accept COD orders may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.
